President

Harvetta Spann is a former US Army field grade logistics and operations officer.  She has over 25 years of professional experience as a planner and project manager.  Ms. Spann has extensive experience in providing operational and strategic planning for all manner of Projects and Programs to government, non-profit and commercial organizations.
Her specialities include: Program/Project Management; Logistics; Organizational and Team Staffing; Program Administration; Women Veteran Advocacy.
Ms. Spann is a graduate of Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. Upon graduation she entered the United States Army where she had worldwide assignments from 1985 to 1994. She served in the ranks of Second Lieutenant to Major.

Chief Revenue Officer and Member of the Board

Thomas Spann is a former US Army field grade infantry and operations officer. He has over 20 years of professional experience in technology solution sales and sales leadership. Mr. Spann has extensive experience in strategic planning and expansion efforts for companies such as JD Edwards Software, Oracle, Market First Software and others. He has specific experience with CRM, ERP, GRC, Open Source, CEM, and ECM solutions across B2B and B2G markets. Mr. Spann is the CRO of BLS Group, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Spann is a graduate of Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi and has pursued graduate studies at Tarleton State University. Upon graduation from Jackson State University he entered the United States Army where he held positions of increased responsibilities on worldwide assignments from 1984 to 1994. He served in the ranks of Second Lieutenant to Major.
